We will make our model seder together using Rabbi Barbara’s Haggadah/Guide that is available for you: CLICK HERE

We’ll have blessings, readings and three groups of fruits and learn the Kabbalistic meaning of each fruit group. You can have items on hand and participate along with Rabbi Barbara. Or you can observe and enjoy. Either way, all are welcome to The Birthday of the Trees, often described as “Jewish Earth Day,” – The Tu B’Shevat Seder!

If you’d like to make the seder together with Rabbi Barbara gather these items:
Two candles, candle holders and matches
Kiddush cup and small cups for guests
Wine or Juice, white and red and rose`
Fruits: Group 1: Orange, Coconut and/or Pineapple
Group 2: Olives, Dates, Apricots, Avocado and/or Cherries
Group 3:  Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Figs and/or seedless Grapes

Seven Species: (some or all) Wheat and/or Barley crackers, and the fruits of the Seven Species which are grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives and dates – These can be arranged on a tray or plate, “seder plate” style.
