An Italian Tu B’Shevat Celebration
Rabbi Barbara celebrates Tu B’Shevat with Bradenton’s Congregation Ner Tamid. As rabbinic advisor, Rabbi Barbara has brought special programs each year for 15 years to this vibrant Pluralistic group. This year Tu B’Shevat was an interfaith experience with several Italian groups represented among the guests. The program included Rabbi Barbara’s talk about Olive Oil and its biblical connection, an olive oil tasting experience, accordion music and a delicious Italian dinner.
